SLIM GOODIE ALKALIZING SMOOTHIE RECIPE - 1 serving
Directions: Put all ingredients below into the blender and enjoy within 30 minutes for best taste.
- 1 cup of water or non-dairy milk
- 1 cup of spinach or any leafy green you choose (wild arugula, dandelion greens, turnip greens, watercress, basil)
- 1 burro banana or 1 cup of any alkaline fruit of your choice (berries, cantaloupe, seeded grapes, seeded key lime, mango, seeded melon, papaya, kiwi, pears, peaches)
- 1 serving of protein HEMP PRO+ or PEA PRO 9 alkalizing formula + superfoods & herbs
- A tsp of cinnamon
- A handful of ice, blend and enjoy right away!
